Description

In the center of an architectural device with a lion and puti, a wreath formed by a snake biting its tail, around which is entwined a plant bearing fruit. It is held by a hand descending from the clouds. Within the wreath is the legend: Psalm 46. Benedices coronae anni benignitatis tuae. (Bless [with] crowns the years of your goodness.)
